Book Castle SF is a small independent bookshop located at 443 Cortland Ave. in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. We welcome readers to join us for Silent Book Club on the last Wednesday of the month (excluding July, November, and December).

Bring your own book, or try out a book or two from the shelves. Meet and greet 5:30-6:15pm and silent reading 6:15 - 8pm. We recommend bringing a warm beverage from one of the nice cafes nearby and since we are in a small shop, we ask that pets stay home. We have comfy chairs, classical music, and a cute fire-place heater.

Welcome to South Gate’s Silent Book Club!

We get together on the third Wednesday of every month at Leland R. Weaver Library, part of LA County Library. There is no required reading or registration! Bring your reading material(s) such as a book, magazine, or eReader and enjoy some silent reading.

La Mirada's Silent Book Club meets at Cassidy's Corner located at 15010 La Mirada Blvd. We meet at 10am on the first Saturday of the month. Our book club meet ups will last about two hours. Reading will take place from 10:30-11:30 followed by a book share or swap. There is no pressure to read and discuss one book we are all reading. This time is for you to enjoy reading for an hour and to carve out that time on a monthly basis. Come meet new bookish friends! We look forward to seeing you!
