To report a problem with your Silent Book Club order, please email hello@silentbook.club with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue.
Damaged/defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported within 30 days of product delivery, along with a photo of the damage or defect.
Returns/exchanges
The products in our shop are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, so all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Shipping
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
