Welcome book lovers in Richmond! Silent Book Club is about treating yourself to some time devoted to reading in companionable silence for 2 hours and trading book recommendations. There's no set book - everyone can read what they like, and sharing reviews is optional. Meet-ups are over Zoom, from the comfort of your own home. Everyone is invited!

Welcome to the Richmond VA chapter of Silent Book Club! Everyone is welcome to join us - all ages - from anywhere in Central Virginia, or, if you're visiting the area, feel free to drop in.

Silent Book Club is a wonderful way to make time to read. Once a month, we get together and ... read. Yep! That's it. There's no assigned reading (Yea! No homework!). You read whatever you want to - books, magazines, cereal boxes.

The first 1/2 hour or so we talk about what we're reading, and then, for about 1 1/2 hours, we read. We often meet at a restaurant so you can get something to eat or drink to be even more comfortable. We welcome your suggestions for places and times to meet.
