Silent Book Club Duisburg
Dir fehlen Zeit und Ruhe zum Lesen? Du hast Lust auf eine entspannte Lesezeit in gemütlicher Atmosphäre? Zuhause lenkt Dich immer etwas vom Lesen ab? Dann ist unser Silent Book Club in der Zentralbibliothek genau das Richtige für Dich. Hier lesen wir gemeinsam, aber jeder für sich.
Bring ein Buch, eBook oder eine Zeitschrift mit oder suche Dir bei uns etwas aus. Jeder ist willkommen und kann lesen, was er möchte. Es gibt keine Vorgabe.
Gelesen wird von 17.00 Uhr bis ca. 18.15 Uhr. Wer dann noch Lust hat, kann sich mit den anderen austauschen oder auch einfach nur zuhören.
Treffpunkt: Großer Tisch der Musikbibliothek, 2. OG

Es ist ein offener, stressfreier Buchclub, bring einfach dein Buch mit (alle Genres sind willkommen), in dem wir uns über das Gelesene austauschen können, bevor wir uns zu einer ruhigen Lesestunde zusammensetzen (Happy Hour für Introvertierte). Nach einer Stunde können wir uns entweder unterhalten oder einfach weiter lesen.

It is a relaxed, no-stress bookclub, just bring yourself and whatever you're reading (all genres welcome) where we can share what we're reading before sitting down for a quiet read (happy hour for introverts).
After an hour you can choose to either socialize and chat with the other booklovers or you can just keep reading.

This is a group for people who are interested in participating in weekday evening Silent Book Club events in West Berlin.
What is a Silent Book Club? Well, in a nutshell, it works like this:
✒ Sign up for the next event
📕 Bring the book you are reading (any book is welcome!)
🚶🏾♀🚶🏼 Go to the meeting place
👋🏼 Say hello to the people gathered there and chat a bit
🛋 When the time comes, make yourself comfortable
📖 Dive deep into your book, quietly, while everyone around you does the same
⌛ After about 45 minutes of reading, if you wish, share your thoughts about the book with your fellow readers
🫂 Say goodbye
🔄 Repeat!
The events take place in Cafés around Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf or Charlottenburg, and last for about two hours, around the time people get out from work.

Lust auf eine entspannte Lesezeit in gemütlicher Atmosphäre ohne Vorgaben? Dann ist der Silent Book Club Paderborn in der Stadtbibliothek das richtige für dich.
Hier kannst du ein mitgebrachtes Buch, eBook oder eine Zeitschrift lesen oder im Bestand der Bibliothek stöbern und dort etwas auswählen. Jeder ist willkommen, es gibt keine Vorgabe zu den Medien die gelesen werden und auch keine verpflichtende Besprechung im Anschluss.

Einmal im Monat, mittwochs ab 18:15 Uhr nach Schließung der Bibliothek
Was erwartet dich?
18:15-18:30 Uhr Ankommen, optional Auswahl eines Buchs oder Getränks im Café der Bibliothek
18:30-19:30 Uhr stille Lesezeit inmitten der Bücherregale
19:30-20:00 Uhr Austausch, diese halbe Stunde ist optional – hier kannst du über dein aktuelles Buch sprechen oder einfach neue Leute kennenlernen

Lasst uns gemeinsam lesen! Literaturbegeisterte können zusammenkommen, um gemeinsam in Stille ihr eignes Buch zu lesen. Wer möchte, kann sich im Anschluss über die Lektüre austauschen. Ganz ohne Zwang, aber mit guten Büchern und gratis Punsch.
Bei freiem Eintritt und ohne vorherige Anmeldung.
Das Programm den Abenden:
15 minuten – Kurze Vorstellungsrunde der Bücher, die Ihr an dem Abend lesen möchtet
1 stunde - Stille Lesestunde
15 minuten Uhr - Austausch über das Gelesene und Deine Eindrücke – oder einfach weiterlesen.
Bring gern Dein aktuelles Lieblingsbuch mit oder suche Dir etwas aus unserer Bibliothek am Luisenbad aus.
