Welcome to the Silent Book Club in Morgantown!

We meet on the second Thursday of the month and rotate our meeting spots to support local businesses.

The Harpers Ferry Silent Book Club meets bi-monthly on Mondays from 6-8 PM at the MCC Library in Harpers Ferry, WV.

Often with traditional book clubs there's the scramble to finish the assigned book, and the pressure to have something smart to say. Wouldn't it be great to have a book club where you could just enjoy books, friends, and refreshments - without any homework? At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading.

Silent Book Club is about community.

We meet on the Second Saturday of each month from 9-11 AM ET at a local cafe.

We spend about 30 minutes on a meet-and-greet along with ordering of food and beverages before we start reading. We wrap up with a brief discussion of local bookish events and other book talk. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
