Welcome to Silent Book Club Slippery Rock! We meet once a month at Rooster's Coffee Bar for dedicated independent reading time. The first half hour is time to grab a drink/treat and socialize about what you are reading. The next hour reading on your own, so bring your own book (BYOB) or borrow one from the hosts. The last half hour you can socialize again, or keep on reading.

Silent Book Club at Historic Easton Cemetery invites the Easton community and beyond to enjoy the peaceful and quiet green space that the Historic Easton Cemetery provides. It is a perfect setting for silent reading! Bring a book, a blanket, some shades and join the quiet fun! Meeting information will be posted on the Cemetery’s website and social media channels.

Bring your book and grab one of our cozy nooks. No pressure to interact but there is social time for 30 minutes at the end of each meetup. If you’d like to just read and leave we’re all for that too!

Silent Book Club Metro Philly meets in some of the city’s best spots—cozy cafés, atmospheric breweries, independent bookshops, and scenic parks. We rotate locations throughout Metro Philadelphia, giving readers a chance to explore new places while making time for their favorite books.

Before the event wraps up, we’ll share a quick review session where you can hear what others are listening to and get recommendations for your next listen. Prefer to bring a physical book?
