Join us monthly as we partner with Silent Book Club! We will meet throughout the main floor of the Alger Center at The War Memorial. Bring your own book and enjoy socializing with other book lovers…or not! You can continue to read on your own if that’s what you would like to do. The choice is up to you!

The Richland Area Community Center is happy to host The Silent Book Club in our quiet Sunroom! Meet times will be on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9 AM. Bring your own book and read in group silence for an hour. At the end, we’ll take 15-30 minutes to discuss what we’ve been reading or simply socialize. Discussion is optional – participate as much or as little as you’d like. Bring your own coffee or tea!

Have you heard of a SILENT Book Club? Come gather at Northfield Township Area Library and find a cozy spot to read any book of your choice - no discussions, no distractions — just the shared experience of being immersed in a good book. During the last half of the event, we will open the multipurpose room for those who would like to share a snack and socialize about their current book or try out some book-related icebreakers!

Silent Book Club at the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library is an opportunity for bookworms to get together and read!

Silent reading will be followed by a casual time to socialize and share what you're reading and talk about other bookish topics.

Join us for Silent Book Club hosted by New Story Community Books! There is no assigned reading or conversation. Bring whatever book you are currently reading, meet other book lovers, and enjoy time reading together at a local coffee shop, building community, and enjoying each others company…in silence.
