We are a rural library where friends and patrons gather to read silently and, if desired, discuss their books, while enjoying a bite to eat! We have about an hour (or more) set aside for readers to enjoy some distraction-free reading time! Afterwards, readers can discuss their current book, or not, without any pressure of deadlines or quotas. Overall, it's just a great time to get together with time specifically set aside to get caught up on your favorite book and savor a snack!
Milner Community Library is a rural, non-profit library located in Milner, GA (just outside of Barnesville). We are heavily involved in community activities and offer more than just books!

SBC Lawrenceville was created by two friends who wanted to combine two loves: catching up and reading. Other SBC groups were located too far away with Atlanta traffic. So we established our own here in 'burbs. Everyone is welcome!

This is a book club for introverts! Bring the book you are currently reading and find the perfect spot at the bookstore to read! Not currently reading a book? That's ok, you can always pick something up at the store before we start. We will read silently together for 40 minutes, then spend 20 mins discussing our books. You don't have to participate in the conversation, you can keep reading, or you can listen in.

We have folding chairs, but they aren't comfy reading chairs. If you have a camping chair or a floor pillow, bring it. Your butt will thank you.

East Cobb Silent Book Club will meet in various locations in East Cobb Marietta, Ga. Building and sharing community, friendships, and love of books and reading while supporting local businesses is the goal.

How it works:
For the first 30 minutes we chat and share about the book we're reading then at 4:00 we turn on soft classical music and read in silence. Around 5:00 we finish our current chapter then have time to shop around the store in peace.

The Last Word Book Club is an Atlanta-based book club with the goal of bringing readers of all kinds together and creating a space for friendships to blossom. Each month, our readers vote on the books they'd like to read that month. That's right, books plural. We provide multiple options for our readers to choose from so that they can read from genres they genuinely enjoy. Plus, we rotate genres and include monthly themes to spice things up! We meet once a month for official book discussions, have silent reading hours where members can bring any book they're reading and host book-themed fun events.

An introvert’s dream and bookworm’s favorite pass time collide in this quiet, calm club! Everyone in the Rome area community is welcome to join our chapter! Grab the book you’re currently reading or the one that’s been sitting on your shelf collecting dust (you know which one I’m talking about) and come befriend some fellow readers in your community!
