Welcome to Silent Book Club Utica. We gather once a month at a local cozy spot where we’ll share book recommendations, read together quietly, and be in the company of fellow book lovers! Silent Book Club Utica is laid-back, no-pressure space to enjoy your book and connect with fellow readers.
Bring any reading material you want—books, e-books, audiobooks, magazines, academic reading, anything works. If it would make your experience more enjoyable, you can also bring headphones or ear plugs!
How it works: Show up to SBC with your reading material, gather for the 15/30 mins to chat, say hi, and share what you are reading (optionally). Then we'll spend at least one hour having uninterrupted reading time—just you and your book! Afterward, you’re welcome to stay and discuss (or just keep reading quietly).
