Rural life is a dream come true for most but for us, rural book lovers, it can get a bit lonely as there aren't many opportunities to meet up, discuss, and exchange books.
So here it is, finally, a book club where once a month you can join us with whatever book you are reading, enjoy a warm drink and read in silent companionship.

We meet monthly to read the paper book we bring in silence. After the silent hour we can stay for a good conversation.

Se lhe agrada a ideia de ler sem ser interrompido junte-se ao Silent Book Club de Bragança. Somos um grupo de pessoas que, uma vez por mês, se reúne para Ler em Silêncio, na companhia de outros leitores igualmente ávidos de tranquilidade. Neste clube não há regras: pode ler o que lhe apetecer, em qualquer formato (livros, e-readers, audiobooks) e basta aparecer, sem necessidade de inscrição.

Convidamos amigos e estranhos a uma reunião num ambiente acolhedor e informal. Durante 1h, cada um lê o seu livro em silêncio e, no final, quem o desejar, pode – ou não - trocar ideias e pensamentos sobre o que se encontra a ler, num período de 15 a 30 minutos. O que se pretende é que se desfrute de livros e amigos, sendo que todos os leitores são bem-vindos, sendo aceites e-books, audiolivros, livros didáticos, BD, etc.
