Welcome to Silent Book Club, Termoli. 

We are an open, quiet space for book lovers! Inside and outside the bookshop you can just relax among fellow book lovers. No assigned reading, just take your book and read. You can socialize with the other people and tell them about your reading, have a break (tea time, coffee time, spritz time...) and then read again.  

We meet on the third Saturday of the month. All are welcome!

Benvenuti al Silent Book Club, Termoli. 

Siamo uno spazio aperto, tranquillo adatto agli amanti della lettura. All'interno e all'esterno della libreria potete rilassarvi in compagnia di altri lettori come voi. Non ci sono letture assegnate, portate solo il libro che state leggendo e leggete. Potete socializzare con le altre persone e raccontar loro della vostra lettura, fare una pausa (bevendo te, caffè o spritz) e poi tornare a leggere.  

Ci incontriamo il terzo sabato del mese. Siete tutti i benvenuti!

Format: Bring the book you are currently reading.

The first 1/2 hour is for any socializing you would like to do, including talking about your experience with your current book.

The next hour is silent reading, together.

Per partecipare basta comprare un libro oppure prendere da bere (un tè, una tisana, o un calice di vino). Si può leggere tutti lo stesso libro oppure ognuno quello che preferisce. Il format è questo:
- iscriviti all'evento
- prendi il libro che stai leggendo ed esci di casa
- raggiungi il luogo concordato
- stringi tutte le mani e ricorda tutti i nomi dei presenti
- chiacchiera e "idratati"
- al suono della campana mettiti comodo
- immergiti nella tua personalissima e silenziosissima lettura, intorno a te tutti faranno lo stesso
- ⌛quando l'ultimo granello di sabbia cadrà, sarà il momento di condividere la tua lettura con tutti gli altri

(ITA🇮🇹) Gruppo di lettori "silenziosi" di Padova. Gruppo aperto a chiunque voglia leggere per conto proprio e in compagnia allo stesso tempo, con la possibilità di fare un aperitivo e magari poi due chiacchiere con gli altri lettori. Ciascuno porti il suo libro e semplicemente legga! Chi ha detto che leggere è da solitari?

~ Ritrovo settimanale: ogni LUNEDì ore 17-19 a partire dal 28 ottobre 2019, Caffè PEDROCCHI, Sala Verde (accesso libero).

Creato dalla Biblioteca comunale di Corbetta nel mese di settembre del 2018, è il primo club italiano. Gli incontri si svolgono, nella sala lettura della biblioteca, a cadenza mensile, il sabato mattina dalle ore 10 alle ore 12.  Dal mese di novembre 2019 è stato avviato anche il Silent Book Club Young per giovani lettori che frequentano le scuole: gli incontri si svolgono sempre  il sabato mattina, dalle 10 alle 12.

Porta il tuo libro (oppure ne puoi prendere uno in prestito in biblioteca) al nostro incontro, leggeremo insieme,  in silenzio. Non ci sono letture assegnate, ognuno legge quello che vuole. E infine, per chi vuole, si può socializzare e condividere le letture. Coffee/tea break offerto dalla biblioteca.

10.00 – 10.15: accoglienza partecipanti

10.15 – 11.30: lettura silenziosa, coffee/tea break

11.30 – 12.00: socializzazione e condivisione letture

The Corbetta silent book club was founded by the Public Library of Corbetta in September 2018 and it is the first Italian club. From November 2019 the library has also created a silent book club for young readers who attend schools: the meetings are always on Saturday morning from 10 to 12, in the reading room of the Corbetta library.
