We will meet every Wednesday at the Olde Mecklenburg brewery in Lower South end of Charlotte NC. The book club will be hosted by Paige with Front Paige Media and we will have Paige host the first 3 Wednesdays of the month and then the 4th Wednesday we will have a local author to CLT host! What is a Silent Book Club? Well, in a nutshell, it works like this:

📕 Bring the book you are reading (any book is welcome!)

🚶🏾‍♀🚶🏼 Go to the meeting place

👋🏼 Say hello to the people gathered there and chat a bit

🛋 When the time comes, make yourself comfortable

📖 Dive deep into your book, quietly, while everyone around you does the same

⌛ After about 45 minutes of reading, if you wish, share your thoughts about the book with your fellow readers

🫂 Say goodbye

🔄 Repeat!

The events take place in Cafés around Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf or Charlottenburg, and last for about two hours, around the time people get out from work.

Welcome to Silent Book Club Beacon Hill!

If you love reading and hanging out with other people who love reading, but don't love the analysis part of a traditional book club, then we've got the group for you. 

Hop on the lightrail and meet us in North Beacon Hill on the third Wednesday of every month. Readers of all kinds are welcome; whether you love a brand new hardcover, e-books from the library, or taking your audiobooks on the go, we'd love to have you. 

We'll meet at a local Beacon Hill venue to get settled, then read quietly for an hour, and finish up with half an hour to chat (fi you'd like, you're always welcome to just continue reading).
