Spotlight: Abingdon Reading Cruise

Abingdon Silent Book Club had a fabulous day out on the Thames for its Reading Cruise from Abingdon to Oxford, followed by drinks and nibbles at The Head of the River Pub!

      

Serendipity arranged the perfect weather, university boat races, and a flyover—unexpected but welcome surprises that made the day extra special.

All in all, it was a delightful way to celebrate nearly one year of the chapter!
