2024 Reader Survey - Book Recommendations
The results of our first SBC Reader Survey are in! We asked Silent Book Club members to share the last great book they read and more than 1200 readers replied. AMAZING!
In total, there were 818 books recommended across all genres and eras from classics to new releases. Readers shared fiction, non-fiction, works in translation, poetry, YA, graphic novels, thrillers, horror, self-help, memoirs, and much more.
Many of the most popular books were installments in series (Fourth Wing and Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros led the pack), and many readers voted for series as a whole (like ACOTAR by Sarah J. Maas). To take this into consideration, we divided the Top 10 into two categories: Top 5 Books and Top 5 Series, with the most recommended titles in each.
