Do you enjoy reading books but don't want to join a book club because you don't want the assigned reading commitment? If you can relate, then the Silent Book Club Cedar Park Chapter is for you!

With our book club, you can read any book you want! That's right, it's bring your own book. Just think about those silent reading days in school, but now you live for the days when you can return to reading.

We'll meet at a local restaurant and you order your drinks, food, and socialize for the first thirty minutes.

We read silently for one hour.

We socialize for the last thirty minutes.

We go home knowing we ate, met great people, and finally set aside time to read our to be read book(s).

Want to join a bookstore book club but don't want the pressure of having to share your thoughts on a book you may not have wanted to read? Join us at Seven and One Books downtown for a once a month book club where you read what you want to read, and you mingle if you want to mingle.

We'll gather at 5, start our reading time at 5:30, and have some optional hang out time (or continued reading) at 6:30 until we wrap up around 7. Dates will be announced on our Instagram!

A no-pressure book club. A "come as you are," bring your current read, and chill book club. Mood reader? That's ok. Into only romance? that's cool. Wanna do a book swap? Let's!!!

Welcome to our local chapter of Silent Book Club! The concept of Silent Book Club is simple: read, drink, and hang out with fellow book lovers! There is no assigned reading and discussion is optional. It's the perfect introvert's happy hour!

We're open to anyone who wants to join us, but cater primarily to those who are in/around the Woodlands area. Please do invite your friends, we are always looking to add more bibliophiles to our group!

All our welcomed to join us for silent reading hour! As the seventh largest city in the country, we know traveling across SA can be time consuming, but that also means there are so many new places to explore!

We will meet once a month in different parts of town, so join us when you can!
